'One... But Many' is an initiative by the CMAA's Diversity In Country Music Committee. The CMAA is a committed ally in promoting and representing diversity - aiming to stamp out sexism, racism, discrimination, homophobia, ageism and bullying within the country music community.
Australian Country Music tells diverse stories.

We stand in solidarity with all cultures, genders, sexualities, ages and abilities.

We see the strength of those who have experienced discrimination - especially our kids, and those who might experience isolation in rural areas.

We celebrate their resilience in the face of adversity.

We are committed to listening more carefully to their experiences, never tolerating discrimination or against them, to speak out against injustice and to working towards a safer and more inclusive Country Music community for everyone.

We sound better when all of our voices are heard.

We are one. We are many.
We acknowledge the first peoples, clans and nations, as the custodians of the never ceded lands from which we gather.
Our nations’ first singers, musicians and storytellers, and we pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging.
